They were upfront about everything and the deal was satisfactory. We had to wait for several weeks to get the entertainment unit though. The quality of service was good and I will use their services again.

They were not really responsive, and usually when you walk into a store they are overwhelmed with the customers, but here you get the feeling that they don t care about customer s concern. Most of the time, they are not very knowledgeable about the product they are selling and direct you to the models they have out front even though you are looking for a specific one. Their prices are usually good, but they are just not customer oriented and they can improve by listening.

We have not had any problems with the TV that we purchased. The experience was good & overall I would give them an A because there were no problems. I would use them again in the future.

I think I have bought my last 3 computers from the same guy. Fry's used to be terrible customer service-wise. Now they have really straightened up their act. They have added more cashiers and the returns line is much shorter. They have also been choosier in hiring people who actually understand the products.

THE TV WAS OUT OF FOCUS, COVERED BY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I BOUGHT, STORE TECHNICIAN CAME HOME AND DID THE FIX W/O ANY CHARGE. TOOK MORE THAN 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO DISPATCH SOMEONE HERE, BUT DID A GOD JOB ON THE REPAIRING WORK.
