This works like a charm. It is reliable and there is simply one box of printed material for the secretary to pick up. It can be collated if needed and I can choose the type of paper, color, finishing options, etc. online as I make the order. I even prepare personalized letters to the members using a mail merge feature of the word processor, print them to a pdf, upload to Kinkos, preview them to assure that they are correct and have them printed. Orders can be made at any time so I can do this late and have the printing ready for pickup the next morning.

They were very good, fast and efficient. There were some problems with the initial printing but they fixed it for free and did it quickly.

THE ARE VERY CAPABLE HOWEVER, THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, THEY DIDN'T MAKE THE DEADLINE. ALSO, THEY KEEP RAISING THEIR PRICES FOR THE SAME ITEMS.
