-There were five man working on the house around the clock.
-Each day, Roy tells me what had been done and what he planed to do the next day.
-There were some unexpected hitch during the construction.
- I'll pay to fix the unforeseen water damages. However, Roy fixed it and didn't charge me extra. He just told me to refer him out if i was satisfied and that was enough for him.
-After the construction was complete, Roy and his crew put everything back. they cleaned up all the dust and wipe everything down. The results were beautiful!
-Do have everything in righting, check the company review, and licence number
-Do make she the company is fully insured, and for how much.
-Don't: If the process sounds too good to be true. It usually is. Have all estimate written in writing and clearly states who is responsible for unforeseen hitch.
