It went fine. They took me home and picked me up and the cost was in the middle of the price ranges I'd found by calling around and checking online. They did recommend but not push some additional service (new struts--which would be very expensive). For this kind of work, it's hard to tell if everything was done properly, but I've had no problems and the car has been running better than before the servicing. They were also very nice and it's near my house. And they give an AAA discount of 10%.

They are very good and they do professional work. They are a little pricey and they are probably more expensive than what you can get somewhere else, but I like their professionalism and how they work. You get what you pay for. I'll continue going to them.

I have had a fair amount of mechanical repairs and wheel and tire related work done an Don and John's and have always found them to be courteous, competent, and always finish their work in the projected time frame. They will fix only what needs to be fixed and don't try to sell you any extra unnecessary parts or work. I recommend them highly. They are also an approved installer for The Tire Rack.

I've used Don and John's for five years now for both of my family's cars. They're great. Tony the owner is a very conscientious and honest guy. I totally trust him with my cars. All the maintenance and repair work has been performed impeccably (fixed window mechanism; timing belt replacement). The shop is so clean -- speaks volumes about the business. Make an appointment for maintenance.

Came in for disk brake replacement and specific service items. Tony called me and advised to replace parking break, which I knew was probably needed. It made sense to include that for additional 100$. it is a very well organized shop. You need to make an appointment . Work is done as promised and quickly. I will bring my newer cars as well for service in future.

They are great. I go there at least 3 times a year to get my regular work done and also some other bigger works done. They are excellent. They explain everything well and they are reasonable. They give you the AAA discount. They are very honest and are very approachable for women.

They always call back, always there when I call, it is very orderly, clean and if you wanted to wait it is a nice waiting room. People know you on a first name basis, they know my cars, the car is ready when they call and it is ready when they say it is going to be ready. That is really what it is all about to me.

They were always on time and did a great job. The problem is now solved. The approximate cost listed is for when they did major engine repair work. They were very pleasant to work with. The original owner retired and then one of the mechanics took over the shop and is now the owner.
