The cost was free. It has a three-year warranty. They have quality hearing aids for half the price you pay at a regular hearing audiologist. I would tell friends to go to Costco and don’t waste time elsewhere.

I'm not somebody who badly needs hearing aids, so I don't come in there frequently but the service was good. I have no complaints. If I had more serious hearing problems maybe I would have more feedback. I always found it good to deal with. They're great! I think they're always very good. I also appreciate the fact that they treat their employees decently and that's part of the reason I shop there.

They did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

We had to drive a few hours to look at the materials. We liked their workmanship. The workers were very skillful and very detailed.

They are good and meet my needs. They have great quality. It's a great store but sometimes I don't get what I need. Their pricing is pretty good and I like that. I haven't had to use their customer service in four years.

He seems to be very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to try to see you at very short notice, which is difficult in the Costco environment. For the last couple of months he has not had office help and I hope by now they have somebody to answer the phone and do the appointments and take some of that work from him. As a result of that, over the last 6 months it has been very difficult getting an appointment with him because he has been so overwhelmed with patients. I have been very happy with his professionalism and he obviously knows what he is doing. He has worked with me on some problems to get the hearing aid to work the way it should. Every time he has told me to come to the office at a certain time which was often when they are just opening so he can look at something. He has been there when he said he would be. With the recent lack of office help, it has been difficult to get information to and from him, although I have been texting him lately as he suggested. It is hard to beat their price. From the price comparison that I have done the hearing-aid is almost 50% of what a standalone practitioner will charge for the identical thing.

The total kitchen remodeling project cost $22,000 and the cabinets were $12,000. I found that Costco was a good way to get some pre-screened vendors and give the consumer some leverage. If the vendor does something wrong, you can ultimately go back to Costco as opposed to a small guy where you have no recourse. I was quite impressed. Costco did not have an elaborate display. I believe they are operating on their overall reputation of working with vendors. I felt it was a good enough value.

There is a little wait to get the tires put on. They rotated so that the older tires went on the front due to state law. I think that is ridiculous.
