We recently undertook a complete remodel of our laundry room, kitchen and living room. We chose Tom and his crew to help us. We had never undertaken such an ambitious remodel before, and the small (bathroom) remodels we had done before with other providers had been difficult, expensive and time consuming. I was scared! Tom made the entire experience approachable, easy and actually fun. He and his crew were professional, capable and personable. Before any work began, we completely specified and priced everything that would be done so that there were no surprises during the construction. They showed up when they said they would, completed jobs on time and on budget, and let us know when they would or would not be working at our house. When (rare) problems arose, they were extremely helpful and responsive and went over and above what was required to make things work. I am completely over the moon with my new home. Tom will absolutely be my first call the next time I need remodeling services!
