house cleaning
 + -1 moreBenito gave an estimate and stuck to it for the most part. He came with his crew and cleaned very thoroughly. However, I was under the gun and wished he had charged less. $650 for a small 3 bedroom house seems excessive to me. In addition, he uses harsh cleaners in places where things milder would suffice. Some colored grout got unnecessarily bleached out with his stuff. Overall, though, he was very thorough and got the job done.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning for real estate sale.
