Window Cleaning
Work on the portion they completed was satisfactory. They were late and did not finish the job. They informed me that the price was already 50% higher than they quoted and to finish the price would be double. They then claimed that the estimate showed that they charged by the man hour. When I showed them the estimate, the story changed to they told me on the phone, even though the estimate was given in person and we only arranged the timing of the estimate over the phone.
