Ameripro Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I used Ameripro for a move-in carpet cleaning for my house. Chuck was very responsive to my request for quote.  I called on Saturday and left a message and he called back the same day.  He was able to give an estimate over the phone based on number of rooms and approximate size of the house.  Also he took care that his equipment would work for my property (Single family home, but no driveway to park the van).  Also he was able to schedule the service for the same week, which worked out well for me.  Chuck arrived on time the morning of the service and surveyed the house, pointing out areas that would need extra attention, and confirming the quoted amount.  He was very knowledgeable about the work, and honest about the expectation of the cleaning.  He took great care not to damage any of the walls.  The carpets look great, and he was even able to remove the unsightly stain that had been left by renters that were in the house before me.  I would use his service again.

We just did a second cleaning with Chuck and I think we will continue to use him and recommend to others if asked. His sense of workmanship is refreshing and it makes it a pleasure to have him service us. We had a stubborn stain that reappeared after he left and he happily came back and performed some extra treatments and basically did a redo on many other areas I felt were fine but he insisted. Now my 15 year old carpet looks new!!

He has done a very excellent job. He is very pleasent. The prices are reasonable. We are pleased.

I have two kids and we get our carpets filthy. He comes in and sweats for 8 hours and gets all the stains out. He always comes on time and is efficient.

In fact, I had a terrible prior experience with another company and Chuck not only cleaned my new spots, but he also fixed the problems the other company created. He was professional, educated, and trustworthy. I appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him.

Very satisfied. The carpet was cleaned by the landlord before we moved in. But there were many obvious spots. We talked to the landlord, he was nice enough to agree to change the carpet. But I decided to give it a last try and see if the spots can be cleaned. Searched on the Angie's list, found many good carpet cleaning companies, but I particularly liked what people wrote about Chuck's service. It turned out to be the right decision. The carpet is like new again. Chuck told us if the person didn't know how to clean the carpet, some spots will come back after the cleaning. It must be what happened last time when the carpet was cleaned. It has been more than a week since Chuck cleaned the carpet, no single spot came back. I will definitely use Chuck again.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN TRULY SATISFIED WITH A CARPET CLEANING DONE IN MY HOME. I HAD A VERY TOUGH STAIN IN AN UPSTAIRS BEDROOM AND CHUCK WORKED SO HARD TO GET THAT OUT. HE CLEANED MY HOME LIKE IT WAS HIS OWN. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE. HE WAS ALSO RELIABLE AND VERY EFFICIENT.

I HAVE USED CHUCK FOR YEARS. HE CAN ALWAYS GET ME IN WITHIN A WEEK OF CALLING HIM. HE WORKS BY HIMSELF. I CAN TRUST HIM ALONE IN MY HOUSE, AND HE WILL LOCK UP WHEN HE IS DONE.

This company has done other kinds of work for our neighbors who referred them to us over 2 years ago. They came highly recommended because of the work they have done in the surrounding community. The last time they came out, they provided the same quality work that they always do. We have been very happy with them.
