They are a very reputable company who takes the time to explain all the different types and what could work best for us. The communication and cooperation with our schedules was outstanding. They are a wonderful company. They were done in a very timely fashion. I have no complaints in any regards. The finished look was wonderful and makes our house look so much better. They did clean up after themselves.

I ordered new windows from American Windows. When the men came to install them they were 3 hours late. They did not show up till noon and they started at 1pm, so a 8 hour job was done in 4 hours and it was sloppy.

They replaced all my double pained windows with crank out windows. They were excellent, and have high quality people working for them. They carry high quality windows, and did a good job installing them. The employees that they have working for them were fantastic. They were somewhat high, but the quality was worth it.
