There was a problem with one window that was the wrong size, but the installers discovered it before removing the old window. It took about a month to get the right window installed. The main problem I have had with this company is the failure to address minor after-installation problems. Their philosophy seems to be to ignore any problems and hope the homeowner just gives up.

They came out within a week and measured and then came back out the next week and installed all of the windows. The did a good job. There were a few minor problems that they took care of right away. They were very responsive to my phone calls and questions.

The two installers showed up on time and worked until the job was completed - about 2 hours. They were quick and efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. The windows installed were the exact windows that I had seen in their showroom in Sunnyvale. My only complaints were that I had to keep reminding them of the wires to my alarm system, and that they were a little sloppy with the caulking on the exterior of the windows (you can't really tell from the photo I have included). I was very happy that they didn't damage the Zodiaq counter-top that had just been installed 2 days prior to the window installation.

The overall experience was a total nightmare. The overall project took 3 (plus) months to finish (as opposed to a three day quote). The installed product was not what was presented at the showroom. Ultimately the salesman was fired after he didn't answer my calls and didn't show up at the appointment. Very little changed, my calls and requests continued to be ignored. I requested the contractor to replace a couple of damaged items, which were supposed to be installed. Several crews were involved into the project, and only the last one demonstrated true skills, and covered for the others. The communication and coordination in the company was the worst I have ever seen. Finally, the contractor decided to bill me for some mileage and gas. I refused. I had to watch every step, every detail, and became an expert in vinyl windows, which helped to ensure very good window quality and installation. I would not use the services of the contractor again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
