It was all very good.  They're professional.  And before I used them, I recommended them to someone else and they had a good experience.

Very professional and courteous crew. They were timely and took great care in packing and moving my household. Jim came out and provided me with an estimate and we did a walk through of what should be packed. I would definitely use them again.

They were very helpful and veyr reliable. We really like them.

I thought they were very conciseness about protecting the furniture. They did fine. I asked them to put protectors on the furniture and they did.

This is actually the second time we have used Advanced Moving; the first time was approx. two years ago when we moved in. Service was so great we went with them this time to move out. This was a big & difficult job: moving from two to three story dwelling and downsizing at the same time. Jim took great care in his estimate up front; he did the most accurate estimate of time and resources required AND provided an NTE (not to exceed) figure, which other movers did not. His estimate was still a bit low, but we felt he and his team did such a good job we paid him the incremental sum more to match the actual time taken. On move day, they first padded and protected walls and doors of both dwellings. Two trucks, five movers, and each was quite careful with everything they handled, professional the entire very long day. We packed ourselves yet no casualties save for a dining chair, to which he is seeing its repair. Our two oldest and most precious furniture pieces, a Chinese carved chest and an antique TV, were relocated withput any harm--twice now, counting the first move. Jim (and his team) is wonderful to work with. He treated our move as if it was the only one in the world, was methodical and deliberate in the getting the move done, and pleasantly cheerful the entire day. Everyone worked very hard and was kind, courteous and eager to assist throughout the day.
