I have used A&A plumbing several times over the years. They are the ones I call and recommend to friends and neighbors.

Excellent work, showed up on time reasonable quotes and very professional services.   The only minor issue was occasionally getting the office staff to return calls.  Truly a minor issue.

The experience went very well.

Larry was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and did a nice job on clean-up. I also appreciated that he explained all the repairs he would be doing. 

He also gave me some good advice about options when repiping. We have 1949 galvanized pipes and know we will have to bite the bullet on a repipe in the not too distant future. I appreciated having a plumber rather than a salesman walk me through what would be involved in that process.

It was an expensive morning. I'm not sure if an hourly plumber would have cost less and so I can't really address the question of value. However, I was impressed by the quality of the service.

I was very pleased with them. They were on time and worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable. It was excellent. I would use them again if I needed them.

Very professional, on-time, quality work

The experience did not go too well. He was late, it took two appointments to get the job done, and he was extremely late for both or them, and after the second appointment, it leaked. The bill was supposed to be $225 but he only processed $80 through VISA, I think he felt guilty about messing it up.

The plumber Jesse arrived on time. We worked through the problems that arose. Jesse had shoe covers he used while walking inside my "no shoes" house, which I appreciated. Some coordination was required with another plumbing company doing work for my townhouse complex at the same time and I had to take care of much of that. The owner Mike came by to help Jesse and make sure everything was okay. They got the work done for a reasonable price during the time window that I had for having water shut off to my townhouse complex. I was pleased.

The drain was running very slow. They cleaned drain from roof vent to building drain. The res ponce was timely and complete. The garenteed work for one year.

Dave showed up on time and made a quick assessment of our running toilet. He spent time to explain the range of options (fixing it myself or having Aand A fix it) along with the difference in costs. After deciding to replace the fill valve with one I had already purchased, Dave completed the repair very quickly and the toilet was fixed! I would definitely call them again for any future plumbing issues.

They are very friendly and professional. They offer good advice.

The owner Mike Fox is the smartest plumber I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He understands the physics of how things work and is good at troubleshooting, and he patiently explains and answers all my questions, works carefully and is honest. He honored the quoted price even though the job was more difficult and involved more expensive parts than he anticipated. Unfortunately that shower now has temperatures a bit on the cool side as compared to before, but apparently that can be adjusted. His employees are not as sharp as he is and need some oversight, based on my past experience with a water heater install by them, but compared to other plumbers that I've worked with I've been very impressed and would use this company again. I had also gotten a quote from them to replace my furnace, as they also do some HVAC work, and was again impressed by Mike's mechanical engineering-like knowledge although we ended up not getting that work done.

I would recommend them highly and we will be using their services again in the future.

This is a family-owned, small company that takes care to hire the most courteous, honest, professional workers. The owner really cares and will be sure to get the job done for you. They also do heating and air conditioning. This company is the first choice of many in my neighborhood. Be advised that mail sent to the Fremont Ave. address should include a suite number or else it will be delivered to a neighboring business.

They took care of the permits and that kind of stuff. They were straightforward. They were a little on the pricey side but I don't get many plumbing jobs.
