I couldn't even get an estimate. I wish I had read that last report. This person should not be on your list and the "A rating" may need changing.

I made an appointment with Julie for 10:30 AM on Wed., September 6, 2006. She called at 10:32 AM to cancel and to reschedule. We rescheduled for 11:00 AM on Thursday, Sept.7, 2006, but she never showed up. She did not answer the phone when I tried to call five times this morning.
