I feel they were afraid they were going to have to take tiles off the wall and they didn’t want to do that. They didn’t show up. They left without fixing anything. They ended up not doing anything. My home warranty company told me to hire someone on my own and send them the bill. American Home Shield offered to pay me, but refused to put it in writing. They also broke a handle off the shower door. They lied and they sent out different people.
