LEONARD'S DISCOUNT CARPETS

Arrived on time, with one experienced mover and two completely inexperienced (and tiny) helpers. Much time was wasted with these helpers, both in training and in idle time. Move took much longer than it should have, and at much higher cost, as a result of these undersized and inexperienced helpers. They also didn't have proper tools for removing plastic wrap upon arrival (i.e. box knives or similar). Furniture was wrapped well, and in fact was over-wrapped, for a short move of only a few miles.

After getting a couple quotes, we went to Leornard's who had done a small carpet installation for us in the past. Their customer service is great and the sales rep, Joe, really knows his stuff and is able to break the job down for you so you understand where the cost everything. We had him initially quote the job for us a few different ways so we could try to stay within budget. Once we decided on a plan, we scheduled service. Joe even arranged to deliver baseboards to us before the job started so we could paint them before installation. Joe showed up with the installers on the first day and explained all the details again to us and the installers. We all stayed on the same page throughout the project and there were no surprises. The installers were quick and cleaned up after themselves each day so it was easy to access different parts of the house. They even finished a day early. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone in our area.

I like this company because they are family owned and operated. They let me bring home samples which was great. They worked with me for about six months. The price was excellent. I was very pleased. They work is very good quality. They were very responsive to me and punctual.

They arrived on time to do the work. They were able to have the carpet in sooner then their competitors. Their price was a lot better then their competitors. I would recommend them. I plan to use them in the future.

I FOUND THAT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY ALWAYS PERFORMED THE WORK AS PROMISED AND ALSO HAS A GREAT SELECTION OF CARPETS AND FLOORING MATERIALS. SO WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

LOOKED FOR CARPET ON A TUESDAY AND ON SATURDAY HAD PROMPT SERVICE. THE 3 MEN CREW WERE POLITE, KIND, NEAT AND PROFESSIONAL. AS A PLUS, THEY CARPETED 3 CLOSETS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!
