Alex was prompt, professional, and courteous. Gave a very reasonable price to install a doggy door through the wall in a place that did not have one previously. The installation was perfectly done, and we are very satisfied with the job.

Here are my observations (structured):
Regarding work to be completed:
Working with Alex was easy since he would state up-front all observations - what is an easy fix, what is not, what doubts he might have and what research has to be conducted. This helped me maintain the projects within my time and money budgets by selecting what work to address first.
Regarding timeliness:
Once the work was defined Alex would usually complete it as promised. I've had only 1 delay due to an emergency, so overall all was done on time.
Regarding costs:
Costs are at average. I've had cheaper quotes, however Alex has proven to be trustworthy and worth the extra buck.
Regarding Responsiveness:
Alex has always answered or returned my calls; he's a bit slower on the e-mail responses though (2 days turnaround). That's why the B-rating.
