Ferris Painting acted very professionally, addressed all our concerns and completed the project within the drastically reduced timetable which we provided. They worked with us and our new tenant to paint their new facade before their grand opening. After the work was completed, Ferris walked through the entire job site with us to review the quality of the work, making notes on any deficient items and correcting them immediately afterward. We could not be happier, and we are preparing to use them again in the new year at several of our other properties.
