COULTAS CARPET CARE

We have used Coultas for YEARS! They always do a great job, arrive when they say they will, and go above and beyond! My child was coming home from hospital after an asthma attack and Pete made us the first job the day after the Thanksgiving holiday so he would come home to a clean house. Did not even hesitate. Can not recommend them enough!

They are reasonably priced, very responsive to phone calls, explained the process entirely, and did an excellent job on cleaning. After the carpets were cleaned they put down runners to make sure we didn't mess up the cleaning process.

This company has been cleaning the carpets in the apartment building we own for years. Carpets always come out fresh and ready for the next tenant. Not all stains can be removed, but Pete and Fred have always done their best and far exceeded what we thought could be done.

Not only did they do a great job at cleaning the carpets and sofa, they also treated them with a pet odor remover that really works. The carpet was a bit torn up at the doorways thanks to the cats. He offered to stretch and repair the torn carpet. I told him that it wasn't necessary, but he insisted that he didn't want to leave it looking that way. He did his best to stretch and re-tack the carpet, and didn't even charge any extra.

I would not recommend this company due to the quality of the service performed. They were very nice and prompt in providing us an estimate and scheduling the work, which we scheduled to be done when we were on vacation. When we returned, it looked as if the carpets hadn't been touched although the receipt for the work was left. I have had these carpets cleaned twice before and they always look much cleaner and brighter after the process, but after this, they looked the same, that is dirty with some stains. I contemplated calling the company back and asking them to return, but honestly, the quality was so poor, I felt it was better to just start over with another company.

They are very nice to work with. They move all of your furniture so you don't have to worry about it. They are very pleasant and they do a good job.

I have used other carpet cleaners in the past and, without question, they are the best. they really care about doing a good job and it shows in the end product.

Excellent. Have used them before. They are always on time, very fair pricing, quick and professional.

I like them a lot. They are different from most carpet companies. Nothing is terribly wet. They are family owned and I like them a lot. They are very lovely. They are a bit higher in price. They do not advertise 10 rooms for a certain price. There are degrees of carpet cleaners and I find them to be a better carpet company. I have had a lot of carpet companies and they are finer. No wet mess that is never going to dry. I think their price is fair for the quality you are receiving. The quality is really there. There are a lot of households that don't care. They just want cheap. If something is too wet or if they use the wrong cleaners it can be icky. I like their quality. Especially if you have pets. It doesn't seem toxic. It isn't a soggy mess. That is important to me. Some use too much water and it is terrible. I just like Coultas.

They never fail to be prompt and thorough. They are knowledgeable about carpet and know the correct way to clean dirt and stains of any kind. Their pricing is always fair. We just learned they do tile and grout cleaning so I will be calling them for that service too.

Their work was wonderful and their workers were perfect. They were punctual, and I had no problems with the quality of their work. Their price was fair and I have recommended them to others.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEY TOOK OUT THE SPOTS THAT WERE THERE, AND THEY ALSO DID MY COUCH. THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY SOFA. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL BECAUSE I WAS WORRIED ABOUT THE FABRIC. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
