Brian arrived punctually and did a really detailed inspection of the chimney. The chimney turned out to have some movement from a crack just above the fire box. In addition, there was no spark arrester. Brian explained in detail what was required from a contractor, and roughly what we should expect to pay - which turned out to be correct. The report was even more detailed with plenty of good photos.

Great. Chris showed up on time. He was very professional and took pains to keep the areas around the fireplace clean. He made his inspection and provided us with a detailed report and video on disk that afternoon before leaving. Very quick and efficient.
