They were very prompt, professional, their prices were competitive, the salesman were knowledgeable, and they did a good job in every aspect of dealing with them. Anytime I would call them they would answer all of my questions.

We replaced all awnings on windows, got two quotes and this company has better price with same fabric, they responsed our Fabric pattern catalogue request promptly and followed through our 'constantly changing' quote extremely well, since we couldn't decide to replace just the tattered ones or all at the same time. 3 months after various quotes from them; we decided to replace all; we visited the company and toured the facility, impressed by the owners records filing and on top of our case, we felt they would carry this job out well.

There are crew of two came removed 10 awnings, they were in uniform, polite and handled everything professionally, only took 20 minutes to remove all awanings, they came back two weeks later to complete the installation of new ones, we were very happy about their service and final product.

Definitely recommend this company.

They made a mistake on the folds of the fabric, they promised to correct it and never did. I should not have paid them until they corrected the problem. The salesman was not professional. On the other hand, I do like my awning. It's very attractive. I love the material, it seems well made. I wish that they had followed the plans from my architect or I wish they had corrected the problem when they were told of it. I don't want to have to chase them. 14k is a huge investment. I wanted the execution to be tight. The exact issue is that the drawings called for ample folds in the fabric which I simply don't have. They were skimpy with the fabric and I didn't get the look the architect designed.

From the first phone call, I was treated with respect and professionalism. All they wanted was a copy of the manufacturer's installation instructions. Then, they gave a price and set up the appointment. Came in on time (they even gave me advance call). In about 45 minutes, I had my awning installed and working perfectly.

IT WAS GREAT. THEY JUST DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT WAS GOOD WORK. IT WAS PERFECT WHEN IT WAS DONE. THEY WERE WONDERFUL & I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH NOT BEING TREATED WELL.
