They arrived on time and were very responsive to our questions and concerns.

The experience was good. They were very good, they came out and took a look, and they did video. They checked the line to see where the damage was, and once we agreed that we will go with them, they had it done in a couple of days. They were very efficient. I looked around, theirs was the lowest bid that I got. This is supposed to be a long term solution, and we will see after 2 or 3 years, how it works. They did a good job.

My drain was clogged and he came to unclog it. He gave me an estimate $1,650.00 for flushing and a scope to be placed in the pipe. After I stated I couldn't afford that, he then told me he would need an extra piece of exquipment for $150.00 for the job. He said if I tipped him, he wouldn't charge me and keep it $69.00. I tipped him and paid him the initial $69.00. When he left, the problem was not fixed. I then had to hire someone else and they came to fix the problem for $450.00 with a one year warranty.
