We have very hard water, in our area, and the original water heater was 15 years old.  The water alarm, next to the water heater, went off.  Checking it out, we found a small leak at the bottom of the old water heater.  We called Armin, that evening, and he came out first thing the next morning.
He, and his brother, spent a number of hours removing the old water heater, installing the new pan, connecting the pan to pipes leading outside (to avoid any potential future flooding inside the garage), replacing all hoses, readjusting all the pipes (as we changed from a 75 gallon tank to a smaller 50 gallon tank),  hauling away the old water heater, testing to make sure everything was working properly, and cleaning everything up after they were done.
We have found his prices to be lower than other plumbers we have used in the past, and his workmanship has been just as good, or better.  We have a number of rentals and we call him right away if there is an issue.

We had used them before for something else so we knew the person who was going in to do the work.

The job was bid at $2,200.00, $650.00 below the nearest competitor.  But then, a surprise issue emerged during a stress test.  A legacy pipe joint that was set in a section of foundation concrete was leaking, which required quite a bit of jackhammer work and replacement within a very tight space.  This added time to the job, and with a 3-man crew, I expected the cost to go up.  However, Armen held to his original bid price.
This job was my first time working with Armen.  He and his team were consummate professionals, and after this experience he will be my first call for future plumbing work.

No problems,  Beginning to end in a couple of hours.

First of all i loved how prompt they were on my email response. They were there exactly on time they promised to be there. This was huge for me. it's not like other companies whre they give you time window. They came on time very friendly and professional, took out the old one, replaced it with a new one. cleaned up after themselves and left. I would definitly recomand their services. I was very happy. We purchased the tankless heater online at a fabulous price and contracted Unique to remove our old heater and install the new one which required re-doing the copper piping to fit, install a bigger gas pipe, adding the pre-filter, fittings etc. They showed up on time and got the job done in a professional manner and even added a few extras to make service and maintenance easier in the future. They know what they are doing and recommended things to the install that we wouldn't have known to improve the service life of the heater (such as adding the pre-filter). In addition they dug the trench and piped out about 30ft of gas pipe (and electrical conduit) to a different location on the property.

I purchased the coupon for $99 for 1hr of labor work, replacement parts would be extra. I was skeptical at first, being my first time using Angies List. 
I must say, Unique Plumbing is just as Rated, A!! 
Fixed my leaky toilet tank. Replaced a low flow Flush Unit. 
I also had a leaky main shut off flush valve to the toilet. When turning the knob to cut off water to the toilet, it would leak. I live in a townhome & have 3 valves outside of my dwelling. All 3 where shut, but the water continued to flow. He recommended I should have that a replaced due to the age of my townhouse & pipes. Upon further inspection, he noticed that the others should be replaced as well to make sure that the MAIN water shut off to my dwelling would work properly. We went thru the costs ($450) that I replace 3 shut off valves to my townhouse (main shut off valve), my water heater & outdoor faucet in case of emergencies.
He recommended that I contact other plumbers to inspect & give me a quote for the same job if I needed peace of mind. That quote, sealed the deal. I think I have found my PERMANENT plumber. I will be using this guy again.
