Uni Pro Painting

I hired Robert Lee to paint the interior of my new house based on the recommendation of my realtor.  The interior had been poorly maintained by the previous owner, with water-damaged ceilings, holes in the walls left by the plumbers, horribly dated wallpaper in two rooms, and general neglect.  The entire interior, ceiling included, had pink paint bleeding through a thin coat of badly applied white paint in an unsuccessful attempt to hide the original color.  There was not one inch of interior space that did not need work.
Robert's crew worked on the foyer, living room, dining room, hallway, one bathroom, and two bedrooms.  They did a lot of drywall patching, fixing both walls and ceilings, stripped the shiny velvet-flocked foil wallpaper, properly primed the walls to block the bleeding, sprayed the ceilings and closets, and painted the walls and trim in Dunn-Edwards paint (a total of six different colors were used).  They even acid-washed the brick fireplace.  The amount of work performed was extensive -- far beyond simply putting paint on the walls -- and took about a week to complete.  Three years later and the interior still looks great.  

He was excellent and terrific. He did a wonderful job. Everything was top rated. He was punctual and he did everything good and clean. He was willing to repair stuff and fix it, unlike most painters so it was unique. The price was fair. The quality was excellent. It was not cheap but it was well worth the price. He was excellent. He did everything we wanted and he did extra stuff. We are looking forward to using him in the future. We recommend him highly because he was terrific.

I would definitely hire Robert Li and his crew again.  Their work is very good and professional. They show up on time and clean up at the end of each day.  The crew can do anything from carpentry to brick work but of course, their primary business is painting,which is excellent.  

I admired a neighbor's house that Robert had just painted so I called him for an estimate.  He was very polite and gave us a good bid.  Robert shows up at the site each morning to get his crew started.  Often he stays and does the work himself.  He and his men are very knowledgeable.  For my mother's house, we wanted to fix it up as a rental.  He was very smart about the choices we made and he worked well with the other contractors (electrician, plumbers, hardwood floors, etc).  

Our house looks beautiful now, thanks to Robert...and my mother's house was rented quickly.  All good. 

Mr. Yi was extremely professional, helpful, and the quality of his work was amazing. His prep work was incredibly thorough, and he has the ability to perform repair work as needed. For example, Mr. Yi repaired some areas of home affected by dry rot. I think he runs a responsive and detail oriented company. I’d give him my highest recommendation!

I needed my bedroom painted so I called - I had used them before to paint my kitchen and family room. The owner came, gave me an estimate, then a day or two later his crew showed up. They spent hours prepping the room, then painted it. The owner came a few times to check. It was nicely done and the clean-up was immaculate.

Robert Lee was a referral from our contractor and had painted the whole interior of our newly remodeled 2 BR, 2BA house. We had met with 3 other painters, including other referrals from Angie's' List, but in the end, we had hired Robert to paint the entire house including extensive custom work. When it came time to remodel my condo which we are listing for sale this week, we called Robert again. When he heard that I was on a tight schedule, he came the same day (and arrived 20 minutes early)! He was able to start the job 2 days later. I had not worked directly with him for the house remodel project since it had been supervised by our general contractor, so my husband and I did not have the pleasure of meeting him until this week. Since we were so happy with the house job, we also hired him to pain the condo. From beginning to end, Robert was extremely prompt, professional, and easy to work with. He was extremely thorough and amazingly fast. I realized quickly that the work of a good painter is much more than just the paint job. He did extensive repair work including dry wall repairs on my old 1980's condo. I got much more than I paid for, and he finished the work more than a day early! He was meticulous with his work and even took the time to change my air filter and clean off all the outlet covers in the condo! I kept asking him to do extra things including painting another storage room as well as painting the interior of the laundry room (including the doors and all the shelves). He was extremely efficient. All of his workers were polite and hard-working. I HIGHLY recommend Robert Lee and I would definitely use him again!

THE PRICE WAS KIND OF HIGH AND THEY JUST PAINTED THE WALLS. THEY WERE POLITE.
