We dropped the mower off on a Saturday. We were told to call back Monday. When we called back Mon.- there was much arguing in the back- and then they came back on the phone and said and quot;it's not ready- it will be ready Wednesday.and quot; I replied that I understood that, but we were told to call for an estimate on Mon. They hadn't looked at it yet. They said to call back later that afternoon- at which point I said and quot;No, you can call me back.and quot; They called later to say the mower was a and quot;total lossand quot; that it would cost more to repair than buying a new mower. I appreciated the honesty- there are a lot of professional gardners gettting service there so they seem to know what they're doing - however, they need better customer service skills, and promptness with an estimate.

I had a good experience with him. I've used him about 4 times. I've mainly gone to him to replace the blades or the tires of my lawn mower. He is reasonable and knows what he is doing. My overall experience with him has been excellent.
