The work went very well. Office is staffed by Debora who is very thorough in helping to answer any questions. The work men we received are the team of Joes dad and son. They were very quick on their work and did explain every bit of things that they did (even showing me how the pumping truck work!). I will use their service as long as we own this house!

They pumped when they said and stated our system was in very good shape. In less than a week after the service, we had a horrible stench that we had not had before, worse on hot days. I called them multiple times to try to find out the cause and to get them to check if they had accidentally disconnected a line to the aeration system. It was almost impossible to get them to come out to check to see if they had accidentally disconnected it. On one occasion when they had agreed to come, we waited hours without them showing up. We had to pay hundreds of dollars to an engineering company to check the system, and they found an obvious problem that apparently went unnoticed by Showalter.

Called provider we have used for 30 years and they were booked out 2 weeks. Found Showalters on Angies List. Contacted them and spoke with Debbie. Very nice, Very professional. She asked a few questions and set us up for the next morning. Called that morning to advise technician was close, which he was. Joe was very punctual and professional. He did a thorough job, took particular care of my yard and being clean. He also gave me some tips for the future. Pumping a septic tank is not a job that anyone looks forward to, but both Debbie and Joe were so nice and so professional it made even this kind of job a pleasure. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future. Exceptional company and employees. Did exactly what they said they would do, when, and for the amount, they said it would be. Perfect.

They are pretty good; I am impressed. The person who came out couldn?t locate the septic tank so they recommended a plumber to me. They were very reasonable.

This service was done quite some time ago. They came right out on a weekend when I needed them in an emergency so they were fine. They are far away from me.

I dropped a diamond earring down the sink and it was not in the trap. Large, high quality, and great sentimental value. I called this company because it was highly rated. Deb who answered the phone was so sympathetic, and said her company could not really help, but she knew who probably could, and referred me to Oscar's Plumbing, another great Angies list company. Earring was found (actually had not entered the system) but the assistance of this company was invaluable.

We have used Showalter Sanitation twice. Both times they were on time and provided efficient professional services at a fair price. Debi was prompt in replying to emails and calls and setting up the service call. The owner performed the service himself, taking time to explain how to best maintain the system and prevent future issues. The years of experience that Showalter has in the industry as well as their honest nature makes them the best we have encountered. We highly recommend them.

This is the first review that I have ever written. Theseptic tank company that we had previously used failed to show up for 2 appointments. Showater,'s scheduled an appointment for noon the same day. Jorge actually arrived early and was already set up and ready to go when I arrived home. He did a good job + double checked the tank and said everything was working well. What a breath of fresh air (bad pun). Very nice people to deal with.

Came quickly. Didn't complain that it was hot and the septic tank covers were heavy and hard to remove. Did a really thorough job and was nice to work with.

the way the day of the service. Paul, the technician, was friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. He determined the locations of the cesspool, septic tank, and seepage pit and worked efficiently to pump each of them. He thoroughly explained the system and provided suggestions for ongoing maintenance. I couldn't ask for better service.
