Perfect job. They picked up the rugs on schedule and returned them earlier than promised. They were professional, courteous and superb at their job.

This company has been doing my home carpets for many years, they are the only ones I use.
However, I let my handyman/cleaner clean the office carpeting at our business and it was not good!!  Not his fault, he simply just did not have the great equipment that Niagara has.  I I called Niagara andasked them to come give it a try,they were there in 2 days, important to me because I could not show the space until it was presentable.  They arrived right on time, measured the space, got approval for the work and set to work right away.  I let them know of my prior experience with my guy and they were able to make it 80% better,  NOW  I can show this space with pride!!  Thank you again Niagara Carpet

The team arrived right on schedule to pick-up my carpets. My house was a shambles do to a remodel project. They carefully moved furniture and excess boxes so that they could role up the carpets in my dining, living and family rooms. My carpets were cleaned and ready to be returned within a couple of days, yet they agreed to hold the carpets for about a month until I was ready to have them returned. The same team returned my carpets yesterday and I am very pleased with the results. The carpets look and feel wonderful. They were again very careful when they moved my furniture, and then they spent a lot of time aligning the carpets over the pads and to my approval. They were extremely accommodating.

Made appointment ahead of time. They called to confirm appointment a couple of days prior. They arrived on time and ready to work. I showed them the areas to clean, they measured, quoted the price, I approved and they went to work. Two men came, one to pre spot really soiled areas (and my carpets were really bad) and the other handled the machinery. Told them that it takes a long time for my carpets to dry so they paid special attention to removing all the wet that was possible, dried in two days, I have very thick carpet. After a couple of days I noticed some areas with brown strips, called and they have made arrangements to come back and fix. I have used this company several times and do not even look at any other company to do the job. I want a good job and they always give it to me!!

The initial contact was informative and professional. A two-man crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. They placed the furniture back in place when they completed the job. It had been 5 years since the carpeting was cleaned but it now looks clean and fresh once again.

I have used this company several times in the past and they continue to give exlempary service. They precisely measured the areas I wanted done and gave me a quote on the spot. They set up their equipment and paid special attention to the really soiled areas, we have two dogs. They were in and out in less than an hour. One of the guys had been there before, so this tells me that the company is good to their employees and that they are with them long enough to become the on-the-job expert that I'm looking for. Highly recommend them.

I found Niagra on the list and gave them a call. I left a message with the receptionist a received a call from the owner within 15 minutes. He was easy going and knowledgeable. For example, I had wanted them to do two rugs. He asked about the size and composition of each and we discussed that the cheap sisal rug from Cost Plus was less expensive than the cost of cleaning it. We scheduled an appointment and I received a call the morning of the appointment to confirm. The cleaner was prompt and efficient and, I consider most importantly, realistic about how much cleaner he would be able to get things. He correctly set my expectations and then exceeded them. Very professional. I tipped him well as I was impressed with the results. He left us with a bottle of solution to counteract any browning that may occur during the drying process (which did happen and the spray removed.) I felt well informed at every step of the process.

We had a crew there to help move the furniture because we have several real large pieces that are heavy. This is a well established company and all the reports were great.

They did an excellent job.

I think that they tend to be a little expensive however they do such a great job. I only have to have them come out to my home once every two years. They make the carpet look brand new. The people are professional, efficient and are careful with and take care of my furniture. I really like that they seem to know what they are doing.

Niagara Carpet Cleaning did a wonderful job. They showed up on time and the technician was very knowledgeable in his profession and extremely friendly. The job was not rushed and I was impressed with the total outcome of the job.

The workers arrived promptly. They were courteous and did a good job cleaning the urine stain and the other heavily trafficked areas.

Arrived on time, worked quickly - minded the pets and cleaned up. Removed a lot of difficult spots. Have used them multiple times.

I had to leave a message first time calling, but Tom returned my call twice. He was able to do the service the next day. His people showed up on time and got right to work. They first evaluated the areas, measured and gave me an estimate with an option of have a protective spray. I chose just the cleaning and personal preference. I have two dogs, so needless to say my carpets really needed cleaning. Had several bad spots, one of coffee, and it all came out. Yeah!! Completely satisfied and will use and recommend again.

They did an excellent job cleaning the rug. They were on time, courteous and their price was reasonable considering the amount of work the rug needed. I will continue to use them for all my rug and slipcover needs.

Pick up and delivery was punctual. John, the man on the phone, was very friendly and helpful. Rugs look great. Took some time (2 weeks) but that may be normal.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD BECAUSE THE RUGS WERE PERFECT. THEY WERE GORGEOUS. THEY WERE PERFECTLY CLEAN. I HAD SOMEBODY COME HERE A YEAR AGO THAT WAS AWFUL. THEY DIDN'T DO MUCH OF ANYTHING.

THEY ARE REALLY RESPONSIVE BECAUSE THEY CALL ME EVERY SIX MONTHS AND SEE IF I NEED MY EXPENSIVE WHITE CARPET CLEANED. THEY ALSO GIVE ME A DISCOUNT BECAUSE I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM SO MUCH.
