We talked and agreed that they would come back to paint the porch and do minor stucco repairs. we had an agreed date, time, and price for the job. She was a no call no show. Every time I would call I would get her voice mail. I even called from my sisters phone when she answered she noticed that it was my voice and she hung up on me. She would not return any of my calls, emails, or text messages. At the beginning the job progressed smoothly and the communication was great. We had a very professional and good relationship and one day everything just changed and now I cannot get her one the phone or any contact back.

I would absolutely recommend Latino to anyone. They did a beautiful job on my home and garage. The only issues we had were after the initial bid, no one responded to 2 - 3 phone calls we made to schedule the work. However, once we got a call back and the contracts signed it was smooth sailing. They arrived on time every morning and worked all day. Erica, the owner, is fabulous and extremely knowledgeable. There were some glitches with some of the workers gettinig a little careless as far as removing spigets and keeping some of framing well covered. Luckly my contractor was on site and caught some of these things, but these were very small problems, easily resolved and not really an issue. Overall the final product is beautiful. They are extremely professional and know their business. They came in much lower than other bids that only included the new addition to the home, not the existing structure. Latino did the entire house & garage for a very fair price. Another plus, they left my home and yard spotless. I have to say - they worked in the extreme heat wave we had this summer. Amazing. A really great company.
