LARRY-THE RUBBISH MAN

The service was excellent.  I needed a quick pickup and requested it by email late on a Sunday night.  Larry replied first thing on Monday morning and did the pickup at 10 AM on Tuesday.  We're getting ready to move to Georgia and I had 15 boxes of papers, 4 bookcases, a large wooden desk, 2 heavy old French doors, a computer, a large office chair, a mower, some patio chairs and assorted other junk.  We took the desk apart and moved everything into the garage.  Larry backed his truck up to the garage doors.  He and his helper worked hard  to load everything up in about 20 minutes.  The charge was $175, which includes the $61 the dump charges.  The price was reasonable considering the amount of stuff involved.  Larry was on time, called to confirm 30 minutes before arrival, and was very pleasant to deal with.  The guy is a bit of a character and interesting to talk to.  He's just the kind of small local businessman I prefer to support.
