The manager of this company named Tony is super rude and I'm totally shocked that he's been a manager for 10 years... so he claimed. They jetted the pipe on my rental house. I was promised 2 videos (before and after) for $658.... a 2 hour work. When I first asked about the video, I was told that the video was corrupted which is a total lie. They then sent another plumber to take a video but obviously it's the "after" video. Instead of telling me that they forgot to take a video before they did the work, this rude man told me that he would refund my money and to never call his company again. Number one, it's not his company and I've been a customer longer than he's been a manager. Number two, as a business owner myself, I would have fired him for talking to my clients like that. Instead of finding a solution, he talked down to me and accused me of not wanting to pay them. I told him that I wanted to pay and to never talk to me like dirt and that he's only managing a plumbing company. Sadly he thinks he's such a big important guy. If he's not happy with the company, find another job! The customers are paying for his salary! Way to treat a customer. If I was told a lie for a corrupted video and did not get the before jetted video, how would I trust this company? Mismanagement will lead to a close of a business. This is what this guy is doing. I hope the owner reads this review as I'm going to leave another review on Google. Just because he's been there for 10 years, doesn't mean that he can get away with talking down to his customers. I do want to say one nice thing. The collection person named Teresa is a super nice lady. The company should have promoted her to be a manager of this company and demoted or let go of that rude Tony guy. She's been with the company for 26 years and has nothing but being polite and pleasant and truly listened to my complaint about this issue. Unfortunately she's in a collection department. Bottom line, don't deal with this company because they don't deliver what's promised to you.

All the one-star reviews that you see are correct. I called them to unclog a toilet, they charged me $470 for doing so. I still didn't say a word, but after two weeks, the problem occurred, they wouldn't come fix this unless we would do a new order (and paying again). So, I called another plumber, when we moved the toilet, we noticed that these scam artist hadn't changed the wax ring when they removed the toilet. A wax ring is literally a few bucks and they even charged me for a wax ring on my invoice. So, the toilet overfloat because they lied and they scammed me. And you think after showing them the pictures and proof, they would apologize and try to fix it. Oh no! They are super rude and aggressive, they cut you off (as other reviewers have mentioned), they try to intimidate you and they never accept responsibility. One way to deal with them and it's not writing bad reviews, they have bunch of bad reviews, they don't care......Take them to small court and complain about them on Contractors State License Board. Hopefully we can all do a class-action lawsuit as wall. We need to stop these scam artists from scamming people more and more.

Paid $200 to NOT have the job finished. Guy rooted the main, tested shower for a few seconds and said we should be all good. Half hour later the shower was still backing up. Guy said we wouldn't let him in shower to test. LIARS AND CHEATS!!!

It went well. When finished we received great advice on how to go forward with the problems that he found.

Freddie and Orlando were great - good attitude, did a great, very complete job in an area that wasn't too easy to get to! Did great work - very professional.

Today, I got Jaime here from this company very nervous about a second opinion and what I was going to deal with. He saw a "clean out" behind my washer, and after explaining everything snaked this and got out "sludge." That's it!!!! He left my house and everything drained. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and kind and this cost me $84! I will not ever call another plumber again. I am going back to American Home Shield to ask for a refund on the previous service. I can't believe how thankful I am to have had this service today - honest, reliable, affordable......I am beside myself. Thank you Jaime and LA Hydro-Jet & Rooter Service, Inc.!!!!!!

Great professional and prompt service. Needed someone same day and they promptly came and fixed my problem.

We tried four different plumbers and none had a powerful enough snake to clear a clogged shower drain.  Luckily, the fourth unsuccessful one recommended these guys.  I called them and they were able to send someone out the same afternoon, and his snake did the trick.

They got the drains done in a timely fashion.

They came and took care of it. I am always happy with them and they are very reliable and friendly.

The service was supposed to be provided during a 12-6 pm window. At about 4:30 I received a call that they might not get there until 6:30pm. When 6:30 arrived, and nobody had showed up, I called and was informed that they would try to get there by 7:30 pm. At that point I cancelled the service because I could not wait any longer. I wasted my entire day waiting for them.

Job done efficiently

We had a small basement flood from a backed up toilet and/or tub. Benny was punctual and professional. He rootered out the roots and got us flowing well again. He also looked at where leaking had occurred and determined that the main drain line was the culprit and our other plumbing was working correctly.

Rodney arrived on time. He had a great attitude, was friendly and knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. In diagnosing our clogged stormdrains he gave us recommendations. When we asked him to and quot;hitand quot; other drains in the area, he delivered with a great attitude.

I've called LA hydrojet on several occasions. Usually they come right away, occasionally there are delays. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and generally get the job done at fair price.

They did a great job.

We had a very good experience with them. It was a good experience overall. They came out the same day and fixed it.

The provider was called at 8:30 am, and was here within 2 hours as specified by receptionist on the phone. The plumber, Arthur, was polite, pleasant and gave us the prices for what we needed up front prior to the work. He told us the least expensive up to the most expensive possible prices, and checked for the least costly solution before having to go up the scale. He was clean, wiped his feet upon each entry, and work independently without a problem. He also offered suggestions on minimizing costs in the future.

The technician assessed the problem quickly, and did the work..
got us running smoothly again. The technician was thorough and helpful.
He answered all of my questions, and performed very professionally.
