Juan has been a family friend since we first employed him to repipe our first home. He remembers our children's ages, is warm and friendly, and has always been fair with us on price. He shows up on time and once when my husband didn't have enough funds in the bank - graciously offered to return weeks later for payment. I referred Juan to my parents, and they found the same honest fairness I have found. He was prompt in his service to them, gave them a fair price (which he wrote out on the back of a business card) and when the final project was finished, he charged my father what he had estimated, even though he'd run into additional work and had taken care of it. I am a loyal customer of this plumber and hope he stays in business a LONG LONG time.
