Several hundred mailing addresses were kicked back (I was charged for all of them). When I asked why, I was told that the US Post Office kicked them back. I asked why, and they said that I needed to call the post office. I tested several of the addresses and there was nothing wrong with them. When I tried to escalate the issue, I was told that they couldn't put me in contact with the owner, and the "customer service" rep continued to give me mechanical scripted answers. In the end, I pretty much got nowhere. It appears that GotPrint is independently owned and there is very little regard for customer service. If you have No issues at all, they are quite easy to use and priced right, but heaven forbid something go wrong.

I was not only a good experience but a rather fruitful one too. I have used this company in the past ( approximitly two years ago and I just ordered from them again ). Each time I received great service and in a timely manner. I live in Florida and I received my cards within a week at a price of thirty dollars for a thousand that has a plastic coating and with two sided printing. My wife also had card and banner printing for her business and it all was well priced and with a quality beyond reproach.

Best value overall. Cheapest business cards (that's their specialty) and very good quality.
