I had Bryan Baker and his helper, Shaughn Henighen, out to my house today to treat for termites. I can't speak highly enough about these two guys and the great job they did inside, outside, and under my home! They were thorough, professional, knowledgeable, tidy and very polite. Bryan and Shaughn went above and beyond to make sure I received superior service and they even looked after a few extra things that were not termite related. I really lucked out when I found Family and Friends Termite and Pest Control, and you will too!

The price I pay is for per visit.  They are reliable but I think they are expensive.  I’m happy with them.

He was thorough, friendly, and honest. It's easy to tell someone that they have a problem even if they do not. Some businesses do this just so they can take your money. The provider was excellent.

I am disappointed that they are on Angie's List.

Bryan, the owner, gave us a 3 yr guarantee (normally only two) for sub termite work.  When I told him we had a reinfestation he first told me that he does not warranty for more than two year (I had to scan and email him the original contract with his OWN signature on it so he would believe it). I had another co comeout to check and they gave me a report which said there WAS an a sub termite infestation.  I repeatedly called Bryan and his secretary up about this.  His sec. may give him the message buy he never returns calls. You may get in touch with him about every 5 calls. When I did he told me to send him the other co's report.  I did and he never called back.
Bryan finally showed up today to check for evidence.  He did it under warranty.
Still, the experience was It is quite frustrating.

I tried calling and the phone kept ringing and ringing. There was no one to talk to. No one to tell me what was going one. No one called and told us they would be late. I am so angry and my time has been wasted. If I can't depend on them to even show up for an appointment or even answer the phone, how can I be sure they are doing their job correctly?

I used them because of Angie's List. I have no idea if they really helped control my termite problem and I have had them back three times for additional treatments. I think they are a good company and are fairly priced. I will use them again in the future.

The price was a little high but we are getting comparable quotes from another company that had done work for us before.

They were very responsive and helpful. Their prices seem reasonable as well.

It went great.

We had bees coming out of the wall on the second story. They quickly responded and came out finding another hive. After taking acre of both hives they plugged the holes.

No problems. Couldn't be happier. I will call the company back next year.

I have not seen any additional termite activity since the treatment.

We moved into our house a little over a year ago and had recently seen termites swarming so we got 3 quotes, one which was Castle, who had done our sellers inspection and declared the home termite free. The other 2 companies told us we did indeed have subterranean termites and that they take 4 years to infest to the stage that they swarm. We called Castle because they had done the initial inspection and they did indeed say that we had subterranean termites but would not say how long they take to establish a colony, unlike the other 2 companies. We went with them because their inspector also said he would include an attic treatment and remove some materials that were termite invitations in our crawl space. Their price was in the middle of 2 other quotes. On the day of the treatment we were surprised that the original inspector, who claimed he would be doing the treatment, didn t show but sent another guy instead. He in turn called yet another guy to treat our crawl space. He did work all day drilling the holes and inserting the chemicals and did say we got a really good deal. In the end, they did not remove the debris in the crawl space as promised but we did not see any more swarms. I feel that they knew they had messed up the sale report and felt some responsibility but it is hard to prove any of this and that they did try to make a little amends in the end.

I think that they did a great job and I have not seen any termites yet. In the future work, I may work out a service agreement with them because I like their rates.

I was pleased with them. They went all the way around my property (about a 1/2 an acre). They used environmentally safe products that wouldn't make me or my pets sick.

I CALLED, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT DAY. WE WERE HAVING A LOT OF ANTS, WATER BUGS AND BLACK WIDOW SPIDERS. IT WAS A SIMPLE PROCESS. THE SMELL DID NOT LAST VERY LONG, AND IT WAS NOT VERY STRONG.
