Our company strives to ensure that our customers will receive optimum customer service, honest, far and professional estimates. This review is way overdue but I can't say enough about the job Eric and his team performed. Eric provided a bid that was reasonable and the lowest of the bids I received. He and his team were always on time and performed the work as laid out in the bid. I was not even considering adding gutters, let alone copper gutters, but I am so glad I decided to do so. They look amazing and were not nearly as expensive as I thought they might be. Even after the project was completed, I had some issues where the interior plaster in the ceiling had cracked, and Eric came by and help correct the issue. More than anything, I trust and respect Eric. It is not easy to find a contractor that you like and trust, but this is the guy!

Eric and his crew were professional. They completed the project quickly without any delays even though we ordered all new tile in addition to the re-roofing. They passed two city inspections without any need for corrections. I contacted a dozen plus roofers from Angie's List. Eric's Roofing was the cheapest of the lot by quite a few thousand.

Excellent. His team knew what they were doing. They came on time, were skilled, knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, and were responsive to all of our requests. Eric visited the job regularly, and responded promptly if his workers or we had questions or encountered anything unexpected. He gave us a detailed proposal and followed through on every item we discussed. Some of the work was complicated, but I am confident they did a good job. It looks good too!

My roof was leaking badly after the rains last winter. Hired Eric for an inspection and he noted there were some cracks in pipes and patching needed. Hired him to do the work, and made it through the rains this season without a drop coming inside the house. Thanks Eric!

Stellar. Eric worked with the HVAC firm to make sure no one was tripping over each other and responsibilities for each were set. He was knowledgeable and honest. The crew was on-time, professional and at the end of the day I knew exactly what to expect the next day and how we were progressing per the schedule. They worked great with the HVAC crew that was doing their own demo and install in parallel. Eric set and met expectations, I would recommend him in a heartbeat and in fact hired him for another roof related project.

They were honest and said I needed a new roof since it was very old and to request a refund of the $175 for the roof maintenance package. While on the roof they fixed a couple of shingles at no charge, and they provided me a reasonable quote for a new roof. I didn't get a new roof yet, but I would hire them when I do decide.

How did it go? Well enough. My first call to the company I ended up leaving a message with my phone number included twice but did not get a call back. My second call was answered by Eric who seemed tired and harried. He arranged for two of his guys to come first thing the next morning which I appreciated. My car was moved at 8am to allow for a space for their truck. Eric called at 8:30a to say that they would be coming between 11am and noon. At 11:25, two men arrived. They evaluated that I had 80 feet of gutter to clean and that it would take two to three hours at a cost of $320. Because it was now late and I was going to need to go to work, I agreed over the phone with Eric that they would do just the half that was blocked for $200. They worked for twenty-five minutes and cleaned up for another five. The lead man whose English was better than my Spanish kept saying "good-bye" as though they were finished when they hadn't cleaned up the debris that had come off the roof. It is not clear to me that they would have had I not pointed it out to them. As far as I could tell they did not do anything a handyman would not have been able to do. With me watching they swept up the fallen debris and blew the rest down the steps into my carport and under their truck so when they pulled away I was left with the remainder of the mess.

Eric was punctual and pleasant. He checked out my roof, did minor tarring. He identified a leak via chimney onto roof. So, I asked if he could do an estimate for repair and requested the written report of my roof. He seemed to not be aware a report or pictures was part of the package deal. To date (1 month) I have never received report & pictures of package deal and never received an estimate for repairs. (I called a week ago for them, and he said he would e-mail.) However, it was good to know the roof had been checked out & some tarring done.

I spent money in advance for roof service and was very disappointed. None of the areas that I asked to be repaired were touched and Eric simply moved a few tiles around and called it a day. I bought this same deal a few years ago from another company and they did an excellent job.Don't waste your money on this deal because it is not worth it.

PROVIDER DIDN'T SHOW UP DURING STATED WINDOW. CALLED HIM AND HE CAME OUT WITH ASSISTANT. ASSISTANT PRIMARILY PERFORMED WORK AND AT SOME POINT ASKED ME FOR TOWELS OR A BOWL TO COLLECT WASTE WATER. I PROVIDED THEM BOTH AND HE TOOK BOWL. AFTER WORK WAS DONE THEY PLACED MY UNDER-CABINET ITEMS BACK UNDER THE SINK. THE DEPTH OF THE CLOGS WAS DISCUSSED AND THEY PROVIDED INFORMATION THAT THE DEPTH WOULD ALLOW ME TO CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT FROM MY HOA. I ASKED FOR AN ITEMIZED BILL/EMAIL TO THAT EFFECT AND ERIC TOLD ME IT WOULD BE PROVIDED. IT NEVER WAS DESPITE AT LEAST 2 FOLLOWUP EMAILS BY ME. FURTHER, I ENCOUNTERED SIGNIFICANT STAINING UNDER MY SINK THAT WAS THE RESULT OF WASTE WATER THAT WAS SPILLED AND NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. IT IS SO DARK AND UGLY, I AM CONCERNED IT IS MOLD. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ADVISE ME TO CLEAN IT UP. THEY JUST LEFT IT UNMENTIONED.

"Dear Customer, We apologize you are not happy. We came out and looked at the drain and ask if there was access to a clean out for that drain, as stated on our special drain must have an accessible clean out which yours didn't. We advised you it would be an additional cost because we would have to take you pee-trap off to access the pipe, you got bothered by that so we just went ahead and performed the $75 dollar service. This some times can get messy and we did cover with plastic as best as possible but some of the dirty water did fall on the inside of cabinet, this will not cause mold or damage your cabinet. You also asked us to write a report for you as to where the clog was so you can get paid from your HOA as they would cover the cost if is was a certain depth in the wall, writing a report is not included in the $75 dollar special and I did not want charge you any additional as we saw how bothered you got by the additional charge for not having an accessible clean out. One again we apologize you where not happy with the service butt we went did additional work to clear your drain than the $75 dollars covered so in my opinion we did a great job and would appreciate you removing your incorrect grade of our reviews. Went very well the garage is part of an income property so I don't live there. I didn't meet with Eric but based on his awesome reviews I did all of the work by phone. The tenants opened the gate for his access to work in backyard and all the work was done in 2 days. He even replaced a skylight for a decent price as part of the work.

Eric came out to repair a leak in my roof and ended up coming out four different times, the fourth time he sent one of his employees to try and locate the leak. His employee told me that he would forward his findings to Eric and that Eric would be calling me. Eric never called, so I started calling him and left a message. After about a week, Eric called me back and wanted to set up another appointment and he gave me the date for the fifth appointment, I agreed to it. I did end up calling him back and cancelled the appointment and decided I probably needed to hire someone else to locate the leak. I am trying to retrieve my money back for this big deal.

"Dear Customer, Sorry you where not 100% satisfied. We came out and performed the maintenance package you purchased that includes minor sealing and visual inspection for any potential leaks, we tried to fix by sealing a few areas on flat roof above leak area, I thought with minor sealing we would fix the leak as the roof appeared to be in excellent condition. After the next rain you called me out again, sent one of my foremen out to look at it and could not find it so I went out again and suspected a vent flashing was the problem which we replaced at an additional cost that was never charged to you. After you called again I said I was going out to look at it one more time and told you you might have to re-roof an entire section of roof as we could not pinpoint the leak, that is when you said you had called some one else to look at the leak. I asked you to let me know what they found if they did find it and also to let me know if you wanted me to come back out, I never heard from you again. I went above and beyond to find this leak, with the number of visits and the replacement of the flashing that was never charged to you I paid out of pocket to try and help you, so I think your review and grading was false and unfair.
