Dan is really easy to work with. He works quickly and does high quality work. The people he brings in to work with him are courteous, polite and highly skilled. I had a bad experience with a contractor and Dan agreed to step in and repair the damage done by the first guy. It was my first home remodeling project and everything that could go bad did. He helped me deal with the problems caused by the other contractor, and I came to trust him so much that we went from one end of the house to the other, fixing everything that needed attention. My house is on the older side, a bit quirky, and had experienced many years of neglect. We dealt with one little problem after another until the entire house in the best shape it could be. He explained the problems we found thoroughly, and took me through the repair process smoothly. Dan treats your house as if it were his own. His advice is sound. He will save you money when he can, and go the extra mile for you in negotiating with subcontractors. I give him my highest recommendation.
