Extremely smooth, professional, courteous and quick. We love our new fireplace. We were tired of the smoke and dirt of the wood burning fireplace. We are pleasantly surprised with how much heat it puts out. The installation took only about 1/2 hour, and the price was very reasonable. They were extremely knowledgable and professional, asked for photos before they came out so they would be prepared to do repair on the spot. They had prepared me for the cost and it turned out that everything didn't need replacement only one of the two parts so that brought the cost down. They made great effort to keep the area around fireplace clean as i had just had carpets cleaned.

Edward did an excellent job. I called several people to look at the job and bid on it. He had the best plan, fireplace units and commitment to doing the work as soon as possible. He was in the midst of moving his business to a new location and had lots of complications. Somehow, he managed to squeeze my job in with everything else he was doing. Whatever problem came up, he  said, "Don't worry. We will find a solution." and he did. The job required significant demolition and a precise plan for rebuilding the area where the units were. Edward got the units ordered fast, then, brought in the necessary workers to have everything ready for installation when the units arrived. He was under a lot of stress but came through as promised. The finished work is truly beautiful.

Walked into the store thinking I would have to replace my fireplace. they convinced me to just refinish my current unit and install stacked stone. they saved me about 3000$ and I couldn't be happier with results.

They team here was great. We ran into a hiccup when on the day we were to get the fireplace (there was a hole in our living room awaiting it and our contractor had framed out for the unit ordered) we got a call that the supplier they use hadn't seen the email and had sold the last unit in the size we'd ordered. Eeek! In order to avoid a 2 wk delay they arranged for the supplier to upgrade us to the next step-up model for the same price. We did have to pay a bit more to have framing redone and mantle re-worked, but they also gave us a bit of a break on the cost of some other pieces to help. They even delivered a piece for us the day it came in to keep us on schedule and exchanged one piece of the liner that arrived chipped. There are always going to be hiccups in construction, and we appreciate them working with us to hurdle them as they came up as best they could. We love our new fireplace and would recommend them as a place to buy. It's nice to see the units on display rather than just online. 

Went very very well.  I am happy to have found a great company for my fireplace.  I called 6 places and this was the only place that answered their phone and were prompt with an apt and information.

To begin with, they came out and inspected the fireplace to see what they could do, and what they perhaps couldn't do.  Upon completion of the inspection, they provided us with their recommendation for a new set of gas logs and how they would be installed and work in the fireplace.  Once we made our choice, they came out a week later in completed the work within an hour.  Again, a pain free installation for making our fireplace a focal point for our living area and an enjoyable show piece for our friends and family.

The experience was positive and good.  They were helpful.  They made sure that I liked the fireplace, so they were open for changes if I didn't like it.  They want to make sure that the customer is happy.  The price was expected.

I met the owner in the shop, described the issue of the gas line placement and I feel that he was upfront on the cost of repair and potential issues  that could occur due to the homes age. We had to reschedule the first visit due to an emergency repair, but once an on site visit was done the work was scheduled within a day. The work was done quickly and the area was kept clean. The owner reviewed the work as it was finished. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend to friends.

I found this store through a friend.  The first visit went well. Arthur was very helpful in answering questions and showing me the options in fireplaces and gas logs. He took his time and worked with me on the pricing. He was not pushy and I was pretty happy with the pricing, and decided I would place an order after a gas line installation was finished.
Next visit to the store Ed was just as helpful and friendly.  We worked out the details of the job which meant chimney cleaning and installation. The date was set up for within the week.  Ed and helpers showed up on time and worked diligently .....everything went well and within the hour I was enjoying a beautiful new fireplace with gas logs, embers and tempered colored glass.  It looked so good that my next door neighbor wanted an estimate that day to do his fireplace and had that job completed within 2 weeks after mine. And he was also pleased with the company, the work and the outcome.
I was very pleased with the whole process.
