This was the best experience. My husband and I had added onto our house before but this was our first kitchen remodel. Brian and his team were so helpful in the design and execution. We couldn't be happier with the end result. His team was very nice, respectful and clean while they worked in our house.

The finished products are beautiful.  Brian's crew/workers are all polite, quiet and hard working. That said,  I would never again use Brian nor would I ever recommend him to anyone.  Many, many mistakes;  many, many delays.  Many extra fees to pay the other subs who had to redo work that was caused by Brian's delays and mistakes.  Communication is primarily by email.  Each simple question would require multiple exchanges because he never directly answers the question asked.  There were many promises of "tomorrow" (as in, "I will get to it tomorrow").  We quickly came to learn that "tomorrow" meant 5 to 10 days and required us to remind him.
This was one of the single most frustrating experiences we have ever had when doing house remodeling.  The finished products were beautiful but not worth the irritation, frustration and extra costs.  There are too many other good carpenters out there; take the time to find someone else.
