+ -1 moreSALES REP. WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE SERVICE TERRIBLE. MISSED SEVERAL PICKUPS. HAVE TO WAIT 20 MIN. TO TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT CORRECT PROBLEMS. SALES REP. RETURNED CALL, AND ACTED, BUT SHE COULD NOT GET THE COMPANY TO MAKE RELIABLE PICKUPS.
Description of Work: HAD ALLIED WASTE (BFI) PICK UP TRASH FROM SEVERAL LOCATIONS SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK.
