All Patio

We used All Patio 12 years ago. Our table & chairs turned out great. I think the company changed hands because our recent experience was AWFUL! They picked up the furniture and deposit check the same day we called. After that it was like pulling teeth to even get them to text back, much less call or return our furniture completed. Months went by with every excuse why they couldn't deliver: - They're done but the delivery people all have Covid - They're not done and have to be done - They're done (again?) but have problems and have to be redone - We're all out making deliveries in Arizona - We're changing powder coating companies (we got this one 3 times) After 6 months we finally drove out to the warehouse in Burbank to pick them up ourselves. They were never done. Looked the same as when they picked them up from our house. We've never gotten our deposit back. The new management/owners are liars. Don't trust them with your furniture or your money.

Happy to have my furniture back, very satisfied with the work it looks just like new. Jonathan was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be referring this place to my friends.

Oh, this company is SO awful. They picked up our patio furniture to refurbish it the same day we called. Along with our deposit check. That was 3 months ago. Since then they’ve done nothing but avoid our calls and give an impressive variety of excuses via text. Twice we’ve waited for delivery appointments, but they never arrived. These people are con artists. Do not be fooled. I have no other place to recommend. Just don’t go here.

lol these 5 star reviews, are you kidding me. Tony took my chairs and deposit over 3 months ago. He says the chairs are done and gives us a delivery date but never shows up. At this point I'm convinced he has stolen them. Basic job that should take no more than 2 weeks. Avoid these clowns at all cost unless you're willing to involve the legal system like I have to.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our building decided to refinish our pool chairs and hired this company back in January. Despite being paid, they have failed to deliver the chairs or commit to a delivery date. After repeated promises of “next week” or “tomorrow” for months, it’s now June and we still don’t have any chairs. Their customer service is nonexistent. Whenever someone calls for an update, they’re given the runaround with no clear answers. Some residents even visited the business a little while ago and found that not only had they not completed working on the chairs, despite communicating that they would have already been delivered several times, but there was no one present to speak with. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with this company’s lack of accountability and follow-through. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you need any refinishing work done.

Excellent! The workmanship is wonderful - every piece came out looking like new. They welded some places where the old welding had separated. They found me a used, smaller patio table to replace my older too-large table and refinished it - it looks brand new. Freddy and Mary were very helpful and kept in touch throughout. The only reason I marked punctuality lower than A is that the entire process took 2 months instead of the 6 weeks originally quoted. However, the holiday week and the need to find a new table for me probably accounted for that delay. Pick up and delivery were on time, quick and friendly.

Called, sent photos, discussed project. I setup date for final selection of fabrics, colors and finish for chaises, table and chairs which is done at the same time as furniture pick up.  It was difficult to arrange a suitable time for furniture pick up and delivery as this is only done Monday - Friday between 9-4.  However the owner is very professional and helpful.  He demands the same of his employees.  Everyone was honest, polite, helpful, giving suggestions about what works the best over years of experience.  They are trying to satisfy the customer and give a product which will be one of quality which lasts.  Will definitely use them again.  Just plan for the delivery times available.

I called All Patio about our outdoor furniture that has been in our family for 50 years.  The vinyl straps were very stained and damaged. Some of the straps had actually popped off and there was not way I could get them back on.  Although other companies gave me a bit lower estimates, after speaking with them and not being impressed with their experience and/or knowledge, I choose All Patio.  This is one of those cases where I can say, "You get what you pay for."

  The service and the work we received was incredible.  The people at this company REALLY know their field. Everyone at All Patio was professional and let the customer know that they really wanted you to not only be satisfied, but happy with their work.  This includes Janell who answers the phone to Kevin who did the pick up and Joel who did the delivery.  Tony did the actual work on my furniture and I could see that he did the straps better than they had ever been done before. I felt that he was a extremely talented craftsman.  We were very very HAPPY!  Our furniture looks like it is brand new......truly better than ever!  I know we will enjoy it for many years to come.

We can't recommend All Patio enough.  We own a set of HomeCrest patio furniture that was exposed to direct, beating sun and 15+ years old.  The slings were worn, but the chair frames were still in excellent condition.  HomeCrest sling chairs have a different sling base than most other major brands such as Brown Jordon; as a result a special tooling and extra material are required to refurbish each chair.

All Patio did a beautiful job on the chairs - we could not be more pleased. From pick up, fabrication and through delivery the entire staff was professional and enthusiastic. We would definitely recommend them.

The work was completely beyond my expectations. They did an excellent job. Materials and quality were A-1. Very professional and friendly staff. Very positive experience. Will definitely use this company again and refer them to all my friends.

Had to do a little follow up but this company provided accurate information and pricing. The finished product looks great. Pick up and delivery person was great.

All Patio did a great job. They had previously installed new fabric on the matching ottoman for this chair, and they remembered me AND the fabric I had used when I called to see if they could fix the lounge chair. Both jobs were done very quickly and look great. The staff at All Patio is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful, especially Gaby. I highly recommend them.

Jay was very responsive from start to finish. He worked around my schedule and quickly communicated, when a delay occurred. They did beautiful work. The 30+ year old Brown Jordan furniture, looks brand new, but most importantly the quality of the work is excellent.
