Instead of charge me more things he asked me what I was capable to do and gave me tips to help me save money. He assessed the situation after he asked all the problems we were having were, and he examined the sink and undid some things and checked things out. He told me what his assessment was and what it would be for him to do it all and would save money on what I could do myself. He gave us tips on how to keep the disposal clean.
