Very friendly, he treated my home like it was his home.  He was very careful and explained every step of the way what he was doing.  He was very detailed oriented.  He was very clean and conscientious about everything.  He made recommendations and I was able to make an informed decision based on his information. They're local and have been around a long time, so I felt confident opening my home up to astranger. He didn't try to up sell me.  It was perfect.  The price quoted was the price he charged.

I called Tuesday and made an appointment for this morning. These guys were totally awesome. Mark (one of the owners) arrived on time and knew what he was doing. Most of all they are totally honest. I will recommend Jim Rogers Lock and Keys to everyone I know.

It didn't feel great to lose an expensive lock, but my animals were in my bedroom and I couldn't get in. I wondered why the lock was so expensive, and when he showed me the key had a special chip or something in it, I realized why it was so difficult to get in and had to be drilled through the lock hole itself. They came ASAP and didn't charge me as much as other companies. I will only use them in the future! I even wanted to tip him, and he refused to take it! That never happens.

Mark arrived before we did. Worked with dispatch and courtesy. Had it all done quickly. He came out immediately the next day when I had a problem, and took care of it. I won't go to anyone else in the future.

He is excellent. He does what he needs to do and simplifies it. He makes sure everything is functioning properly before leaving. He cleans up after himself and is very good.

I called this morning hoping to set an appointment for later in the week. Mike, the owner, had an appointment for 2:00. He was exactly on time. Fortunately Mike has not read the modern book which tells businesses how to mistreat customers.This company is the model for how customer service is supposed to work. He completed to work averaging 10 minutes per lock. This included removing, keying, cleaning, lubricating and reinstalling each lock. Mike called as he left his shop to confirm the appointment and he arrived on time. He was very professional and answered any and all questions. He was nice enough to supply a missing set screw on one of the door handles (no charge) and even tried to help with a mounting screw problem I had with the front door handle. He went out of his way to spend a little extra time when he was not expected to do so. They charge a flat $50 for a Saturday service call ($40 on weekdays), which I feel is reasonable, given that he traveled 16 miles to get here. Combination change per-cylinder was $12.50, plus less than $2 labor to install each and less than $2 per key. This is a nice family-owned business and I would call them again without hesitation.

I had an emergency and needed all 7 locks for the exterior of my house changed, and they came within 1.5 hours. The service and changing of my locks was completed in about 30 minutes, and I purchased DO NOT DUPLICATE keys, so others couldn't make copies. I have used other companies in the past who were twice as expensive and put my locks upside down! I would highly recommend JIM ROGERS LOCK and KEY! Professionalism with prompt, quality service/work.

THEY HAVE SEVERAL TRUCKS WITH EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED. THEY ARE ALWAYS UP SO EARLY. THEY HAVE NEVER ONCE BEEN LATE. IT DOESN'T TAKE THEM LONG, AND THEY GET RIGHT TO THE JOB.
