Doug returned our initial call and was on-site to give us an estimate within 24 hours. He had a crew in our offices within a few days of us accepting the bid.
Doug and crew were professional, responsive, competent, and efficient throughout the entire project. 
They started at 7am on day 1, and finished around noon on day 2.  The project included painting 3 offices, a conference room, reception area, and small office kitchen.  There was lots of trim & moulding involved and several walls needed multiple coats due to the accent colors we selected.
In addition to paint, we needed one wall re-textured, and another wall repaired which had damage from floor to ceiling. There is no evidence the damage was ever there.
All work and communication exceeded expectations. There is no question he will receive the first call when we need any painting done in the future.

They were quick, they had it done in one day. He was willing to negotiate on the price so the price was reasonable.

Doug and his crew did a great job! They showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The price was fair and he was able to start the job the next day. I am very happy with his service and I will use him again.

Doug was prompt and what his crew painted they did a good job on.  My feeling is that he did the MINIMUM possible.  Rather than doing all of the woodwork, he did only that which he felt needed painting.  I did ask him to do a few minor fixes.  One was to hang the closet door, and that was part of the price.  It was never done.  I reminded him, and it still was never done.  I had to hire someone else.  He did not paint the ceiling. It would have taken them minutes to do it, but because I am not at the site, it was not done. He should have recommended it.  

Like I said, the work they DID was fine, but he truly did just the bare minimum.  I showed him his coupon from Angie's list for 5% off when we first met.  I never was given a discount for that. 

The work was adequate, but Doug did not leave me with the feeling that he cared about the customer.  If you are there and have the chance to supervise and see that everything is done, you may get a better result.

I called about painting my very small bathroom.  Doug came right out and gave me an estiment that I feel was more then fair.  He had no problem with it being a small job like a lot of people do.  Was willing to do the job the next day but at my request had his worker come out 2 days later.  Worker was here on time, got job done in good time.  I am very pleased with their work and will use again. 

Doug came the same day we called to give a quote, was willing to work with our schedule, He then arrived when promised with two pleasant, polite painters - a little early, even! Job was completed on time, good paint job, total cleanup, Doug even had extra touch-ups added.  Overall, exceeded our expectations.

Experience was exceptionally good. Doug returned all my calls promptly. I needed the work done very quickly so he rearranged his schedule and came the very next day. The painter actually showed up 5 minutes before he said he would be there. He was prepared and completed the job very quickly and quietly. No blarring music which I usually deal with when I have workers in my house. The clean up was great.
