Days Gone Buy Estate sales and Liquidations

Day's Gone Buy / Wendel Fiorillo held the estate sale and did the clean out as promised in the time allotted. They did a good job and I was pleased. The problem and reason I will never use her service again is it is now 4 months later and I am still trying to get full payment of the $1450 she owed me from the $3000 in sales. "Days Gone Buy" keeps a % of sales and charges extra for clean up and the client gets the rest. This would be fine except it has been like pulling teeth to get paid. Nothing but one excuse after another. It took two month and a report to the BBB to get Wendel to finally start sending small payments and I have still only received two checks totaling $650 so far. I am still owed $800 and trying to get the rest as I write this.To Wendel's credit, she does seem to be slowly trying to pay the amount owed off but It has been a very frustrating situation.

Days Gone Buy Estate Sales & Liquidation was hired to handle a very large estate sale at my parents home. It was an enormous task, since the house was 2600 sq. ft., with every room filled with antiques and treasures my parents had collected during the 28+ years they lived in the home. It was a very emotional and difficult time for our family, and were touched by Wendel's understanding and kindness. Wendel and her staff did an EXCELLENT job organizing, staging and pricing every item. Due to the substantial amount of inventory, it was necessary for Wendell to run the Estate Sale for three consecutive weekends. Each day, there were long lines of potential buyers, literally all the way down the street. It was amazing! At the end of the sale, there were very few items left, and our parent's home was left neat and clean, which was appreciated very much. I would HIGHLY recommend Days Gone Buy to anyone who has lost a loved one, and is going through a very trying time. Wendel, thank you all of your hard work, professionalism, understanding and kindness to our family during a very emotional time for us. Your help was priceless.
