 + -1 moreI had called All American in early 2014 to have them come spray my house for bugs. I wanted to get on a monthly plan -- I live in a remote area, and because of the heat this year was getting scorpions, wolf spiders and centipedes in addition to the usual pests. I also have an inordinate amount of black widows. All American told me I'd have to clean out cupboards in bathrooms and kitchen for the first "treatment" and because I was so busy I had to keep cancelling the appointment. All American was very patient and would call me occasionally to see if I was "ready." THEN the first cockroach showed up, and of course I needed All American to come ASAP. They were able to accommodate me. I was not able to clear the corners of my garage so didn't think that area would get treated, but because of the black widow issues the technician worked around my mess. Very pleased with the service and personal attention.
