P & M Auto Repair

My car started to make squealing sounds so I found out that my drive belts and timing belt needed to be replaced. I like to work on my own car but I knew that timing belts are beyond my skills to replace so I took it to a professional. This business is a small but I like small "mom and pop" garages because  I get to know the workers better. 
My impression of this small garage was positive. I was greeted by a young woman who was very professional and well groomed. I told her my problem and she began to help me immediately. I told her exactly what the problem was and she addressed my concerns. I told her that I needed a new timing belt and she said she will have a mechanic inspect the engine. She didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. She gave me an estimate and clearly told me that if there are more problems, she will let me know. I didn't feel pressured or felt harassed to fix anything more than what was needed.
The service was very fast. I expected my car fixed in a few days but she said it can be fixed in a day. And she kept her promise. It was done in one day and I was happy. The cost of the repairs was close to what was promised except for one extra part. An extra bonus was how they accommodated my needs. I sometimes work long hours and I arrive home late. I couldn't pick up my car during their normal business hours but they made accommodations for me to get my car so I can drive home.  I like this auto service. I will do business with them again.
