Cheap O's Plumbing

Michael was genuinely courteous and interested in my problem as I described it when he answered the phone -- as he also happened to be in Vacaville at the moment finishing up work for another customer he said he would be happy to come over and take a look at the spigot in approx. 30 minutes. He appeared when promised, he explained the worst case possibility (which could have involved stucco repair/replacement) and was able to separate the old leaking faucet from its pipe and replace it with a new one (which he supplied) without any damage to the surrounding stucco and the part and his work cost much less than I expected. Also cleaned up. Additionally answered other questions on another issue I plan to work on with relevant observations and suggestions with a reasonable probable cost. I'll definitely hire again.

Fast and thorough repair

I called Michael and he answered right away, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other plumbing companies not answering at all. I explained the problem we were having and he gave me a quote over the phone, two different amounts depending on how he needed to access the drain. We agreed upon a two-hour window for him to stop by that afternoon. As promised, he called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived and was familiar with the house, having been out here for the previous owners. We were able to find the access point, after wondering if we had one at all. Thank goodness he pointed out a neighbor's access point so I knew what it looked like, sure enough we had one but it was hidden by bark. This alone saved me hundreds of dollars. He was done cleaning out the drain in less than ten minutes & I was set. I appreciated his promptness, friendliness, & knowledge about plumbing. He quoted me a price for a future service if we chose to permanently fix the issue we were having. I hope I won't need to call a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Michael with Cheap-O Plumbing! Thanks again!

Great, quick response, arrived when promised

Michael was on time called prior to the appointment to let me know when he would be there. Found the issue and installed the parts needed. After he checked all equipment to ensure everything including the dishwasher which he was not here for worked properly. This is the second time I have used Cheapo Plumber. I have worked with both Michael and Domingo. Both were extremely professional, did the job well and made sure I knew what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix the issue.

I called Cheap-O Plumbing, having used them successfully before, and Mike answered. I was pleased to speak to him rather than an answering machine. He immediately stated he could come right over as soon as he finished his current job. He arrived in less than an hour, and even gave a courtesy call on the way over. He analyzed the problem, stated the cost beforehand (very fair), and proceeded to fix our problem. I highly recommend Mike and Cheap-O Plumbing!

I called Cheap O plumbers and was surprised at how quickly Michael was able to get me on his schedule. He gave me a fair estimate to do the work, was prompt, and explained everything that needed to be completed. He had all the parts with him and was quick with the installation. I have used Cheap O plumbing before for other services in my house, and would always call them for my plumbing needs.

Everything went great and the clog is still fixed. They even warranty their work.
