Valley Vista did such a good job. We had old glued tiles in our home back from the original owners. Valley Vista came in and removed all the gross old flooring. They were able to scrub everything off the concrete and start fresh. They put down plywood to level everything and then installed this breathtaking engineered wood floor. They took us to many stores until we found the shade we loved. They were able to work around our cabinets and really make it look seamless. The baseboards they used really complemented the home. We asked them to paint the interior after which just changed our home and made it brand new. The crews were nice. Cleaned up often and always on-time Great company

Really happy with this company. They converted our garage to an ADU. It was very very efficient.. All of our friends told us nightmares about the delays and city and workers not coming. Well it was nothing like that. We were shocked at the little to no downtime that the project had. Besides getting a super annoying inspector, everything was so streamlined. Materials always showed up same day as install so we never had anything laying around. Trash was removed same day and the workers swept before leaving. The workers were mindful of our neighbors and made sure to park correctly. The guesthouse came out stunning. Passed all inspections and was delivered to us perfectly Will hire valley vista again with our eyes closed
