What a great guy John is- I took my bosses knives to his workshop. He stopped while working on the knives to show me what he was doing and for me to check the work- it was great! He also informed me of how to care for the knives so I could teach my boss. We had some good conversation, I am going to keep this resource for myself and I totally recommend using his services. Before finding Sharper Edge I Googled, Yelped and Angie's List searched- It was not easy to find a knife sharpening resource. Some that I found had either a waiting list or I would of had to leave the knives in their care for a few days. My boss couldn't be without he knives for a few days- he used them everyday. John was able to repair the knives- by repair I mean they were stained and had rust. He removed the stains and rust and he sharpened all 7 knives in just over a half hour and all for a good fair price. Thanks Sharper Edge!
