SONYA IS EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT. SHE CAME AS AGREED, FOLLOWED UP AS NECESSARY AND WORKED WITH ME ON PRICING (DISCOUNTS AND ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS). ALL OF HER INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND NEAT. THE MINUS SIDE -- CUSTOM WINDOW TREATMENTS ARE NOT INEXPENSIVE. THE PLUS SIDE -- SONYA KNOWS THE PRODUCTS AND CAN BE VERY HELPFUL IF SOMEONE ISN'T SURE OF WHAT THEY WANT.
