+ -1 moreWHEN I WENT IN THE FIRST TIME, THEY WERE SWAMPED WITH WORK AND WERE REALLY BUSY BUT DID NOT WANT TO SAY NO TO ANYONE. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE THEY GOT THE PROBLEM SOLVED. THE SECOND TIME I WENT IN THERE WASN'T AS MUCH BUSINESS SO THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH ME ONE ON ONE.
Description of Work: THEY WENT IN AND CLEANED MY COMPUTERS OUT AND TRIED TO FIND SOME PROBLEMS AND SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. THEY DID CLEANING AND GOT RID OF SOME SPYWARE.
